Carla McSweeny named 2024 - 2025 Illinois Girls Player of the Year!!!

Carla McSweeney, a senior at the Latin School of Chicago, was named the 2024 - 2025 Illinois player of the year. A leader both on and off the ice, Carla ends her career as the most decorated player in Romans/ Chicago Central history.

Carla will be continuing her hockey career at Harvard University in the fall while pursuing degrees in Pre-medicine and Government.
